Custom NB 574 Made in USA. Came out amazing.

New Balance has the best ID program, period. This ‘Made in USA’ 574 got to me in 4 days, exactly how I envisioned it. I currently have about 4 of these in my cart and am debating getting all of them. Angel put me on to this, and I want to highly recommend it to everyone else.

Our homies at Complex found some shots of Kanye wearing these Black/Pink Yeezy 2′s. These are the clearest shots I’ve seen to date. Kinda crazy, I’m sold. Mark me down for a pair.. or 4. And he’s in the 57 (Check the tags on the Maybach), time for a 62 bro. Shots via Bossip

If there is no NBA season announced soon, I am going to occupy the NBA league office. I refuse to listen to more news on the labor talks, so I’ve turned to watching old NBA clips. This video has been watched about 5 times in the past week. One of the best athletes I think i’ve ever seen and also one of the biggest underachievers. Who knows how good this guy could have been if he just had a little drive. Regardless, he was the best dunker of all time… no questions asked. Respect VC.

25. Air Oscillate

Before everyone blasts me (pause), let me start by saying my father coached Sampras for 8 years. This guy played with the same shoes pretty much his entire career. These always reminded me of Black/Red Jordan 11′s, and they’re the one colorway that always stands out to me, maybe because it was the only shoe he rocked that wasn’t his traditional White/Navy.

24. Jordan XII “Playoff”

I grew up playing basketball, and I had a bad habit of wearing all my Jordan’s to hoop in. I murdered a lot of shoes that I regret big time, these fall in that category. Probably my favorite on court Jordan ever.

23. Ronnie Fieg X Nice Kicks X Asics Gel Lyte III “Nice Kicks”

If I don’t have at least one RF on here, I’ll be on the unemployment line ten minutes after this post goes up. I’ve decided recently that that these are my favorite Asics to date. The red is something else, and on that classic split tongue silhouette… dope.

22. Dunk Low SB Hemp

My homie Grubbs has these, and I am always envious when he breaks them out. The texture is so sick, and the gum colored midsole is a great touch. These always look better after their worn too, craze.

21. Zoom Flight 96

I wore these back on my 9 and 10 year old traveling team. I was always more hype on Penny’s when they dropped, despite being a big Jordan fan too. May have been those Lil’ Penny commercials, but Penny was my dude. These are just clean, and the icy sole back in the day was something special.

20. Air Force 1 “Hamptons”

White on White forces are classics. I’m from East Hampton, so these were an immediate cop. The addition of the perforated leather wrapped midsole, Long Island under the translucent sole, and the Hamptons tag make these perfect.

19. Reebok Question White/Red

Best Reebok basketball shoes ever. You remember that Iverson double left to right cross on MJ? Yeah, of course you do. I’ve had a bunch of these over the years, white and red is still the best.

18. Jordan 4 White/Cement

Jordan 4′s are my second favorite Jordan silhouette. The White/Cement is whored out nowadays, but it’s so perfect on this shoe. I really hope they don’t kill these upcoming retros, I can’t have that creasing in the toebox like the Military joints.

17. Air Zoom Challenge

I’m a Sampras fan for life, but I’m not gonna lie, I always wanted Andre’s gear back in the day. Pete had his traditional gear, and there was Andre with his Challenge line including acid wash denim shorts, neon colors, and the bandana. This guy had the freshest shit.

16. Air Max 95 “Neon”

Classic runner. Classic colorway. The grey gradient on the side to a neon air bubble? Wow. This design was ahead of its time.

15. Penny II White/Atlantic

I remember when I was like 10 years old, one of our friends at Nike gave me a sample of these a month early cause he knew I was a Penny fan. I killed these, and thought I was the coolest kid ever. Smh.

14. Puma Suede Red

Not much you can say about these. Always preferred Suedes to Clydes because of the width in the toe. Classic.

13. Dunk Low SB “Denim”

Everyone knows that Nike SB  has fallen off. These are one of those classics that everyone remembers. Two tone denim, red pop outsole and stitching on the midsole. Just a clean shoe.

12. Jordan 4 Black/Cement

Another Jordan 4 makes my list. I just found a pair of these at a flea market pretty much brand new, with a back heel cracked off. It’s in definite need of surgery, but I am gonna fix these babies up and pass them to my boy D when he gets back from hooping in Chile. I don’t think I can fit my sz 13 into a 9 unfortunately. I’m still on the lookout for these.

11. New Balance 1300CL

I’ve always liked New Balance, but only in the past couple years have I really started to appreciate these. I am a big fan of 574′s but the 1300 is the best New Balance made. The color blocking is perfect, with the right materials, and supreme comfort the CL’s take the crown.

10. Air Yeezy

I didn’t believe the hype when they first came out. I really don’t camp out for shoes, i’m not even going to lie, but in retrospect I really wish I pursued these. These are so crazy and they break necks everywhere. sz 13? Anyone?

9. Air Max 1 Premium Patta

This color combination and use of materials isn’t supposed to go together. I love the uniqueness of the shoe. They had two sizes left at UNDFTD and I passed on them. I’ll never forgive myself for that one.

8. Jordan VI “Infrared”

This is a Jordan that I didn’t have a true appreciation for until recently. I really need some from 2000, but last years “Infrared pack” will do for now. I’ve worn these black ones quite a few times. I’m having harder time wearing Jordan’s as of late. These stay on rotation though.

7. Air Tech Challenge II

Look at this dudes outfit. Andre’s swag was on a million. The hot lava Tech Challenge II is the craziest tennis shoe ever. This guy had one of the best signature lines in the history of any sport. Was a shame to see him go to Adidas towards the end of his career, but he’ll be remembered for this.

6. Dunk Low SB “Tiffany”

I know, another pair of Dunk Lows. The hype behind these was nuts, but they lived up to it. I didn’t even attempt to get a pair but really wish I did. Tiffany blue is so recognizable, and it really works on this shoe. One of my all time favorite SB’s.

5. Air Max 90 “Infrared”

My favorite Nike Runner, hands down. When Infrared is used the right way, it’s one of the most effective colors. I’ve always loved this shoe, and I have multiples. I feel like this is a shoe I can wear for the rest of my life. Timeless design.

4. Jordan 1 Black/Royal

I don’t love Jordan 1′s, but I really love Black/Royal’s. These are my favorite non Bulls colorway Jordan, by a long shot. I have had this pair since the retro in 2001 and they still look pristine. I don’t break them out too often, if I had a few on deck they’d be worn multiple times a week.

3. Dunk High Supreme

Supreme  can do no wrong. When I think Nike SB, I think this shoe. These were before I really, really started to get into sneakers so I never have got a hold of these. This was when Hi’s still had the padded tongue, I love that shit. These are absolute classics.

2. Jordan 3 Black/Cement

Every rapper has a pair of these, it’s disgusting. I don’t care though, these are so ill. It saddens me a little how much people have OD’d on the elephant print, and how cheap Jordan has gotten with their molds and materials. I have a pair of these from 2001 that are so beat up, but I rock them all the time. These are so amazing.

1. Jordan 3 White/Cement

Top two shoes are III’s? Yessir. There is no sneaker more beautiful to me than this. I still have 1 pair from 2003, and I bought 3 more this past release. I really could wear these every single day. Not only is this shoe good looking enough for number 1, but it changed the game. This design kept Jordan with Nike where they built his empire. Tinker outdid himself with the Visible Nike Air and elephant print. There is no topping this. Ever.
